In retrospect, 2009 was a year to focus and strengthen our partnerships. We achieved improved PPO networks as well as improved direct agreements, allowing us to further strengthen both the level of discounts and access to medical providers in the U.S. New cooperation and agreements with international providers also materialized in 2009, making our ability to support our clients in all corners of the world even stronger. We have strengthened our position in the market by cooperating with our sister company CMN, both by virtue of our found synergies as well as by virtue of our size and economies of scale.

Despite the U.S. and world financial crisis, GMMI has maintained our strong market position both by retaining our Clients' business, as well as growing into new markets. We launch into 2010 with focus in our core business - U.S. Cost Containment - and with the flexibility needed to navigate these challenging times. We do so without compromising our aim and efforts at setting the standard for Excellence in our industry. We continue true to our mission and to our company credo, while observing changing times in healthcare legislation and new opportunities in the industry.

Throughout the year our clients can expect some exciting news from GMMI as we invest to improve and expand our physical and technological infrastructure.
